….is for Every BODY. Its so important when you are travelling you need to keep moving the outer and inner layers of your body and soul. Being a qualified and passionate yoga, meditation and pilates instructor, I am so humbled to have taught over 4000 hours and 1000’s of amazing humans during the past seven year in various locations around the globe. I am pretty excited to be able to share with you my love of yoga and movement, meditation and well-being even whilst travelling abroad.
Even more exciting, I will be road testing yoga/pilates/fitness studio’s and classes where ever we roam and be blogging about them as we go. I have had so many people, over the past years ask my advise about where to go when they travel overseas. I have managed,to visit a few amazing spaces during my travels so will share these with you. Over time there will be many more added so if you are planning a trip and want to know where to practice then you may find your answers here. I am also reviewing awesome retreats and retreat centre’s as we go.
